US Horse Racing Odds: Wednesday 8th June

Belterra Park

There are eight more US horse racing meetings taking place on Wednesday with lots of exciting action in the pipeline.

Belterra Park, Canterbury Park, Delaware Park, Evangeline Downs, Finger Lakes, Horseshoe Indianapolis, Mountaineer, and Thistledown are the host courses with a grand total of 66 races taking place.

We begin Wednesday’s action at Delaware Park where there are eight races from 17:30-21:00 before Belterra Park takes centre stage between 17:35-21:05 with eight races on the schedule there.

The 19:05 Allowance Optional Claiming from Belterra Park is one of several races throughout the day where Betfred is offering its “Extra Place” market meaning punters will be paid out for three places instead of two.

One to watch in that six-furlong contest will be Bourbon Social (SP), who is a four-time winner including in her previous outing at Belterra Park last month.

Next up is Thistledown where eight races will be taking place between 17:50-21:20 before Finger Lakes’ eight-race card goes from 18:10-21:19.

The 19:31 Maiden Special Weight from Finger Lakes is another race where three places are to be paid out instead of two and one to keep an eye on will be He Is Bonafide (SP), who has placed once in three starts and will be wearing blinkers for this race.

Horseshoe Indianapolis comes next with a total of nine races between 19:25-23:33, with the 20:58 Maiden Special Weight offering punters yet another chance of winning with three places.

Shineonbrad (SP) is well respected after placing four times in ten starts, although another one with claims is Palmer’s Pass (SP), who has placed twice in nine outings to date.

Later on Wednesday evening, there is racing action at Canterbury Park with nine races taking place between 23:10-03:10 before the eight races at Evangeline Downs run from 23:30-02:40.

Mountaineer will then bring Wednesday’s action to an end with eight races between 00:00-02:55.
