It’s a busy start to the week with six race meetings taking place on Monday, including action from Ayr, Windsor and Thirsk.
With the nights getting brighter, there are three evening meetings at Windsor, Thirsk and Naas in Ireland, while the afternoon action takes place at Ayr, Southwell and Lingfield.
The first race of the day is due off at Lingfield on the all-weather track at 13:05 and there are seven contests there until the last one at 16:20.
Ayr’s seven-race card gets under way at 13:45 and the finale at the Scottish venue is set for 17:00.
Betfred are paying out on five places in the second race of the afternoon from Ayr, at 14:15, in which there are several in with a chance, including Stronsay (11/1).
The six-year old kept on well for a solid sixth-place among 15 upon reappearance over 5f at Catterick earlier this month and this step back up in trip should suit, as could the returning cheekpieces.
Others to consider in a field of 15 include Fanzone (8/1), Unashamed (3/1) and Earn Your Stripes (25/1).

There’s more all-weather action at Southwell between 13:55 and 17:40, where there are eight races, while the evening racing starts at Naas in the Republic of Ireland at 16:45 and runs until the eighth and final race at 20:15.
Windsor’s Monday night meeting starts at 16:55 and in the opener Betfred’s ‘Free Bet If Second’ promotion is live. Justcallmepete (15/8) is a half-brother to six winners so has good pedigree with more improvement expected.
He struggled on his first three starts, but finally impressed when scoring in good style back at 6f on handicap debut at Southwell last month and this race may suit as he looks to follow up.
Finally, Thirsk’s seven-race card is due to begin at 17:05 and the last race of the day from the North Yorkshire venue is scheduled for 20:05.
