Warrington Wolves will hope the return of Stefan Ratchford will help them return to winning ways when they face Catalans Dragons in the Betfred Super League on Saturday afternoon (Catalans 2/5, Draw 20/1, Warrington 11/5 – Match Betting).
The Wire (12/1 Grand Final Winner) have slipped down the Betfred Super League table of late, and they are now seventh after losing six of their first 11 matches.
Catalans (10/3 Grand Final Winner) can climb back into second with a win on home soil, and Powell is expecting a tough afternoon at the office.
Steve McNamara’s side have won three of their previous four and are yet to lose in the south of France this season. The return of Sam Tomkins could be huge for their fortunes, but Powell will welcome back Ratchford after a spell on the sidelines.

When asked about Saturday’s challenge, Powell told the Warrington Guardian: “They’re a big physical team, but the one thing they’ve done is really progress some of the French players.
“Garcia is an older French player, but I really like him. I really like Goudemand and Dezaria; Mourgue is someone who has been playing really well for them.
“Our next two games are really challenging – St Helens and Catalans were the two top teams in the comp last year, so they’re tough games.
“We’ve got a short turnaround as well, but first of all, we need to find our best performance and some control about our game.
“Then we need to find some consistency, which we haven’t done to date, but we’ve got some players coming back.”
